As someone who works a super-demanding corporate job, finding a sustainable way to eat healthy seemed impossible.
I tried all sorts of crazy diets like keto and intermittent fasting, but these ended up making my already-stressful lifestyle even more stressful! Not to mention, my mind became even more disoriented about what was healthy and what wasn’t!

Absolutely. These smoothies are so nutrient-rich that they’ll satisfy most of your macro and micronutrient needs each meal. I often recommend clients start by drinking smoothies for breakfast and dinner to really help get their blood sugar levels balanced and body back on track.
No. The brands I recommend are brands I’ve done my research on, and are ones that I find to be easily accessible and trust-worthy. That being said, if you’d like to find or use other brands, the biggest thing you’ll want to look out for is minimal to no added sugar.
This is my favorite question. Traveling will be great practice for you to apply my simple 4-ingredient system. Do your best to order items that contain those 4 ingredients.
If you’re able to find a smoothie shop while traveling, ask if they’ll make a custom smoothie for you. Always ask for no more than ¼ cup of fruit in your smoothie though.
While it's possible to lose some weight, it’s unlikely you will lose a ton of weight just by drinking smoothies over the next 4 weeks.
Consistently eating a healthy diet of the 4 key ingredients I recommend could aid in fat loss, but it is more likely that you will need to adjust exercise and sleep as well.
